Shipping & Returns
Cove Boutique ships to all destinations within Australia and most countries world-wide. You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number once your parcel has been sent, so that you can track the delivery of your items. All orders are dispatched daily if placed before 10am. This excludes public holidays and any specified dates such as collection launches and sale periods.
We use Australia Post and ship via regular or express post. Regular post is a flat rate of $10 and express is $15
INTERNATIONAL
For all international customers, your order will be sent via Australia Post International, you are now able to select your a preference of either Express or Standard. Please be aware Australia Post will not deem Standard Parcels as lost or delayed until they are later than 10 business days past the expected delivery time, due to this and the current delays with the delivery of International Parcels, we recommend parcels be sent via International Express.

RETURNS
CHANGE OF MIND
If you do have a change of mind we must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly accept your return in exchange for a credit note provided you paid full price, the item is unused, unwashed and with tags still attached. Cove boutique does not offer refunds.
Please note, should you wish you return your items, Cove Boutique does not cover shipping costs.
You can bring you item into store if you wish to do so to avoid shipping costs.
FAULTS OR DISCREPANCIES
We encourage you to check over all items upon arrival as we need to know of any faults or sizing issues within 7 days of receiving your order. If an item arrives in a faulty condition, we kindly ask for you to notify us via
support@cove.com where upon inspection we will take the appropriate measures of either a refund or replacement.
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased on "Sale" are FINAL and we will not accept any returns, exchanges or credit notes for these items. We ask you to please choose wisely before making your purchase.
